Adcraft HDCB-1218/GN Cutting Board

 

This cutting board measures at 12" x 18" and 1/2" and constructed of high density, thermoplastic material that lasts up to 3X's longer than other competitive materials. This high density material is non-porous and non-toxic, it also won't crack or absorb liquids or smelly odors. As strong as the construction is, it will not dull your knives, which is one less thing for you to worry about. It is reversible, which means you can use either side to cut up your ingredients, like apples, carrots, and peppers. The green color allows it to be easily recognizable, and is often designated for fruit and veggies. At the end of the day, this lightweight cutting board is easy to clean.
