Chef-Master 90005 Salad Dryer

Heavy-duty construction makes this salad dryer a must have for restaurant use. Whenever salad is served, the highest cost item is the dressing. By using a salad dryer, dressing clings to the lettuce which cuts down on the amount of dressing used.

Its large capacity can hold 5 gallons and this accommodates about 5 to 6 heads of lettuce. This salad dryer can spin either clockwise or counter clockwise. A comfortable finger grip handle on the aluminum crank will maximize productivity to minimize operator fatigue.

It includes a patented, innovated "breaking system" that will protect and increase the life of the gears. The gear box is sealed providing a sanitary environment.
