This disher is perfect for dishing out semi-solid foods such as mashed potatoes, rice, cookie dough, butter, sour cream, and more. It is also useful in bakeries because using a disher for baking cookies and muffins ensures that you can lay down the batter evenly on the pan before baking.

Note: Not recommended for use with ice cream, frozen foods, or other hard food products.

The Vollrath 47144 is a portion control disher with a round, size 20 bowl with a diameter of 2" and can hold 1-5/8 ounces. It is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel with a one-piece, color coded, yellow plastic handle made with all-natural, antimicrobial technology.
