This Deluxe Stainless Steel French Whip has an overall length of 18" and has (8) stiff soldered wires that resist bending. It is epoxy filled for a superior durability and to help prevent contamination due to accumulation of food particles. One piece welded design prevents solid or liquid accumulation inside the handle. Solid handle for better balance and more sanitary.
