This aluminum spiral dough hook is for mixing, folding, and stretching dough, it is used for bread and pizza dough in a 40 quart bowl on HL600 and HL662 mixers. It has a pull-out pin attachment connection. If you're using this on a 3 speed mixer, the recommended speed is 1st or 2nd. If you're using a 4 speed mixer, the recommended speed is 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
