It features Shift-on-the-Fly controls, making this mixer while it is in operation. Product splash-out is reduced thanks to the soft transition into a higher speed.

 

  It has a dual 20-minute electric timer controls and this allows you to set the mixer for automatic shift from first to second speed. It has a reversible bowl drive, that is great for incorporating ingredients and mixing up small small batches. This will give you versatility and high production from a single unit. The bowl jog control will increase your productivity by making it easy to unload and gives you a quicker batch turnaround.
