Each Vollrath Spoodle portion control spoon has a color coded handle that allows for a no-guess size selection and contains an all-natural antimicrobial material. The ivory plastic handle is heat resistant and made to withstand temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The stopper prevents the spoodle from sliding into the pan when not in use, keeping it from falling into any inconvenient places. The shaft and perforated round bowl are both constructed of stainless-steel and has an overall length of 13-1/16".
