  This food storage container is used to store ingredients or transport read-to-serve or partially prepared foods. it is 4 quarts with a diameter of 8-3/16" and has a height of 8-9/16". Its round shape promotes proper air circulation around the container. It is easy to read, imprinted graduations on the outside for inventory at a glance. It has molded-in holes in the handles for quick and sanitary drying. The snap on over, although sold separately will fit tightly and can be easily removed. It is made of impact, stain, and chemical resistant solid, white plastic and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
