Jayhawk GRCH-4 Rocky Mountain RM2424 Lift Off Griddle

This lift-off griddle is used to turn standard, open top, commercial gas or electric ranges into a griddle. This griddle measures 24" x 24" and can cover four burners. It is constructed of unbreakable 7 gauge steel. Included are four pour spouts for easy grease pour off. It has new, cool handles that provide increased maneuverability. The vertical sidewalls allow for better food preparation. The temperature range is up to 600°F (315.556°C)
