The Star 174CBA is a stainless-steel cradle-type hot dog wheel that provides basting action that rolls the dogs resulting in more evenly cooked products with a nice, consistent color. It has a durable, tempered glass panels. It has a built-in pull out heated bun warmer with removable, washable, stainless-steel pan keeps the bun warm and ready to serve without becoming soggy.

It has a momentary wheel switch for easy loading and unloading of product. The adjustable control provides a wide range of temperature control. The "on-off" switch is lighted for visual control.
