This mechanical portion control scale has a stainless-steel platform and stanchion serve as a built-in handle. It has an extra-thick anodized aluminum chassis for durability that will not corrode. Each scale from this line has a color-coded lens for "at-a-glance", identification in regards to scale capacity.
