Vollrath 2803-18 Batter Dispenser

The Vollrath 2803-18 Batter Boss Dispenser holds 48 ounces of pancake, waffle, donut, hush puppy or funnel cake batter; or pizza sauce. With this dispenser, users can consistently release identical portions of batter, however, it's not recommended for use with chunky batters. Ranging from 1- to 3-ounce portion sizes, this batter dispenser has eight settings. A clear lid shows how much batter is left in the hopper and keeps out contaminants, and for convenient cleanup, this unit is safe for use in the dishwasher.
