The 3640001 is the modular drop-in top-mounted hot food well with 2 individual full-size 12" x 20" stainless steel (20 gauge) wells that are fully insulated and designed for wet operation only. There is a standard 1/2" drain on each hot food well with individual ball valves.

This hot food well unit features individual infinite controls mounted in a stainless steel remote control panel with a power indicator light for each well.
