The Cayenne Hot Food Merchandiser is the ideal solution for presenting and keeping a variety of food products warm. It has variable heat control with humidity that keeps food at the perfect temperature. It has three adjustable tired shelves to accommodate and attractively display an endless variety of food products. It has front and rear sliding lockable doors that make restokcing easy and is idal for self-serve operations.
The heat can be thermostatically controlled between a range of 85 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a specially designed baffle for even heat distribution. An internal humidifying system will keep the food looking fresh for longer periods of time. This includes a center located eater pan for additional humidification.
