The Acero knives in this set are fully forged with a full-tang construction made of X50 Cr MoV15 German steel with unique POM injected molded handles that help to achieve a balanced weight distribution for ease of use. The 6-spot advanced polishing of the handle allows for a more comfortable grip.

There is also included an 11-slot knife bag which is a heavy-duty, zip-up carrying case allowing any chef to carry cutlery with ease or storing knives when they are not in use.
