The Wolf WSPR1P-1 stockpot range has stainless steel constructing the front and sides with heavy cast iron top grates. The two concentric 55,000 BTU ring-type burners provide a total of 110,000 BTU output per section. This unit has a standing pilot ignition system with two infinite heat control valves per section. This unit also has a heat shield to protect the control valves from any steam damage that may occur during operation.
